Combined Phase Review Assessor & Chairperson Course
Designed for
- Delegates who are or are expected to be, Phase Review Chairpersons. They should have wide business experience and be capable of understanding the broad scope of projects/contracts.
- Delegates who are currently Phase Review Assessors or are likely to become Assessors. They will have some expertise and experience in the discipline / function whose deliverables they will be expected to assess.
This course will provide Chairpersons and Assessors with an understanding of the Phase Review process and some guidelines which should assist them in making the process work effectively and so help projects achieve their objectives. The mix of trainee Chairpersons and Assessors will also facilitate an understanding of the key issues and priorities for each role
