Lifecycle Management Briefing

The objective of this briefing is to provide those who need to understand the principles and terminology of LCM with an insight into how LCM works and the factors necessary for it to be effective in improving business performance.

The briefing is designed for staff who, while not necessarily directly involved in implementing LCM, nonetheless need to understand the processes and the language involved, and who work or interface with those who are using LCM. It is suitable for all support and administrative staff, and personnel working in functional areas of the business. It is also appropriate for Managers and Directors who are responsible for projects/businesses using LCM but who may not be personally involved in LCM.

The briefing will:

  • Explore the benefits to the business, the project, and individuals which LCM provides
  • Provide an overview of LCM
  • Identify roles and responsibilities of the key players and stakeholders in the LCM processes, with particular focus on Phase Review
  • Identify and discuss the Critical Success Factors for effective operation of LCM.
