Essentials of Management Effectiveness

There are many managers today, experienced or newly appointed who have achieved their present positions with no formal training in such fundamental management skills as Planning, Directing, Coordinating and Controlling. It was often the case that management trainers tended to overlook these important skills in favour of the behavioural sciences, partly because the expertise was not available to teach the fundamentals.

The course meets this fundamental need by concentrating on the content of the actual management job - the universal technical skills of all management activity. It is not intended as a junior management programme and many mature and competent managers find it an invaluable and stimulating experience.
