Phase Review Assessor Course
A key element for ensuring the quality of programme deliverables is the independent assessment performed by expert assessors. This programme will arm the assessor with the understanding of how their task is to be performed, how their role interfaces with other members of the project team and will also explore other issues such as barriers to communication.
Designed for
Delegates who are currently Phase Review Assessors or are likely to become Assessors. They will have some expertise and experience in the discipline / function whose deliverables they will be expected to assess.
Programme Aim
This course will provide Assessors with an understanding of the Phase Review process and guidelines which should assist them in making the process work effectively and so help projects achieve their objectives.
