Project Management Programme

This programme seeks to provide Project Managers and Engineering Managers with the tool-kit they need to deliver successful projects, with specific focus on the processes to assist them in this objective. Through a combination of tutored input and syndicate case study work, delegates will gain a comprehensive insight into the disciplines and techniques of effective project management and leading project management teams.

This programme is designed for Project Managers and Engineering Managers. They may have received some training in the core disciplines of Project Management previously and have been engaged in delivering projects.
