Subcontract Management
Our Subcontract Management courses are designed to provide delegates with a full understanding of the sourcing, selection and ongoing management of sub-contractors.
The courses range from a 1 day awareness course to a two or three day detailed understanding programme utilising appropriate case studies and focusing on how to ensure that the relationship is value adding.
The courses will typically cover elements dealing with Strategic Procurement Planning, Business Strategy, Make/Buy planning, the formation and content of a Procurement Plan, Preparing the ITT, Evaluating proposals, Negotiation Contract Start up, Performance Monitoring and Management, dealing with Poor Performance, Teaming and getting the best from your subcontractor.
